Identify Citrix Consulting Methodology, the job responsibilities of the project team and the documents that are used during the analysis phase of a project
Assess the business requirements, user primary access and application requirements
Assess the access infrastructure including Secure Access Clients, Web Interface and other access methods
Assess presentation services and application deployment, including server configuration, components of Presentation Server and application configuration
Assess the security aspects of the IT infrastructure including authentication mechanisms, password security and related processes
Assess operational procedures, including how to gather information relating to system management, test, change control, support structure, backup architecture and restoration, disaster recovery, training and project communication
Prerequisites
