PRINCE2 Foundation is the starting point for those delegates wishing to embark on the PRINCE2 project Management certification track. We offer a number of both 2 and 3 day training events at venues across the country, including a regular schedule of PRINCE2 Foundation courses in London, Manchester, Birmingham and other major cities. All our PRINCE2 Foundation classroom events include the official examination.
PRINCE2 is one of the world’s most widely used project management methods. Based on best-practice, the method can be applied to any project irrespective of its size, industry sector, geographic location or culture. This course provides a definitive overview of PRINCE2. We cover its four integrated components – the principles, themes, processes and project environment. The PRINCE2 Foundation course also look at management roles required in a PRINCE2 project and what management products must be created to ensure the project is delivered in a coordinated, consistent and transparent manner.
If you are booking the PRINCE2 Foundation course, we recommend you do not book onto the practitioner event until you have confirmation that you have successfully passed the PRINCE2 Foundation exam; this is a mandatory prerequisite. The marking process for the PRINCE2 Foundation exam can take anywhere between two and six weeks.
