We also provide you with a single point of contact in order to make it simple for you to access all your training requirements.

Our courses can take you from the basics through to very advanced training, so, for example, if you need Sage training in Manchester, you or your staff members can begin with our one-day Sage Accounts course.

This course will give you an overview of Sage accounts so that you understand what it is all about from the introduction right through to advanced level. You will learn how to produce invoices, payments, and credit notes, manage a sales ledger, post bank payments, and spot and correct any errors, all while protecting the integrity of your data. You will also learn about credit control, which is a vital function for any business, and how to produce VAT returns.

The course also covers stock control, and processing purchase and sales orders. You will understand how to deal with depreciation, recurring entries, and KPIs – Key Performance Indicators. You will learn all of this in a single day and at the end will obtain Sage 50 Accounts Certification on successful completion. The course is delivered as a live online class using Zoom, and we can also arrange for one-to-one training if required, at no additional cost.

However, the one-day course is just the beginning when it comes to Sage. The next step is Sage 50cloud Accounts Stage 1. This is perfect when you are new to the Sage software and it covers the basic principles of the software with navigation through to creating and amending records. It also covers opening balances and controlling user access.

The beauty of the Sage 50cloud Accounts Stage 1 course is that it is an eLearning course which you can access for up to 12 weeks, so this means that you can learn as and when it suits you and at any time. When you have competed this course, there is a one-hour online exam which you can also take at a time to suit you. This involves multiple choice questions, multiple answer questions, and true or false questions. Upon successful completion of the exam, you will be awarded Sage 50cloud Accounts Level 1 Certification.

The next step is Sage 50cloud Accounts Stage 2 course which is also an eLearning course and is available for 12 weeks. The course duration is 10 hours, and it covers the core operations of the software including managing the sales ledger, posting bank payments and receipts, and processing supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments. Again, there is a one-hour exam that you can take after completing the course in the same way as Stage 1, and you will achieve Sage 50cloud Accounts Level 2 Certification.

Next up, as you might guess, is Sage 50cloud Accounts Stage 3 course. Having got to grips with the basics, this course will teach you the process of credit control which is vital knowledge for anyone dealing with sales invoices. It also covers your VAT returns, month end, and year end procedures. In addition, it covers depreciation, prepayments and accruals, bank reconciliation, and key performance indicators. Upon successful completion of the exam, you will have Level 3 certification.

Finally, there is Sage 50cloud Accounts Stage 4 which will teach you how to use the Sage software for stock control. It covers setting up a stock control system and stock taking. In addition, it covers sales and purchase orders, quotes, pro-forma invoices, and also foreign trading and Intrastat reporting. Here you can obtain Sage 50cloud Accounts Level 4 Certification when you have passed the exam.
